This was a scheduled 5000 plus miles service on a 2020 Accord Sport I bought there (number 4 in the family) As always, Jeff was courteous, efficient and great at listening and communicating (over the year Accord Sport I bought there (number 4 in the family) As always, Jeff was courteous, efficient and great at listening and communicating (over the years I’ve had all the service people, I think, and always had a positive experience) This time there was also a mysterious but only occasional scraping or rubbing sound, noticeable but hard to pinpoint. It turned out be gravel and dirt in a wheel well behind or under the metal well itself… obviously not a mechanical problem, but nevertheless I was impressed at the thoroughness of the service. I have always been satisfied at Kelly Honda. I recommend them without reservation. My wife and I will continue to patronize them. I checked out an HRV today. She is thinking of a newer CRV. That’s where we’ll go. More

99 dollars for an oil change! I felt like I was being gouged. I Was told they went in line with all the other places but they are misinformed. Midas is 49.99 half the price! I needed an oil change & tire rotation. Morgan helped, & was great! She was very kind, genuine, & thorough.
