I own a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX and love it. It's the 5th Honda I've bought. 4 from Kelly Honda. It wouldn't start the other day so I had the car towed to Kelly Honda in Lynn. Even though it's not brand new I have a comfort in knowing that the most knowledgeable people are working on it. The car was ready within 24hrs & everything was perfect. The Service Manager Mike & the Service employee Rhonda were extremely helpful. I don't regret making the choice to have it serviced at Kelly Honda. More
Kelly Honda is by far the best Honda dealership in the Greater Boston area. I live less than a mile from a different Certified Honda Dealer, however, I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to Kelly Honda. I Greater Boston area. They are top notch when it comes to price and are very respectful of your time. Their service team works quickly and very effectively, you can't get better than that! They treat you with respect and listen to the issues you are having and they are sure to communicate with the client during the entire process of what is going on with your car. You are in good hands at Kelly Honda regardless of the reason (big or small) you visit them. More
With my old car, the dealership (which was not convenient to where I lived or worked) did oil changes by appointment only. It became such a pain in the ass that I started going to a local Valvoline instead ( to where I lived or worked) did oil changes by appointment only. So when my new car needed an oil change, I called Kelly Honda to make an appointment. But they said don't bother: just bring it in when it's good for you. Which I did. They took the car right away, and I had it back in about 15 minutes. Then they told me that the first oil change is on the house. Daddy likey! Later came the recall notice in the mail. Evidently, some wire that runs from the electric motor behind the rear seat to the gas motor up front had some risk of catching fire if a lot of weight was placed on it. Well, I seldom have rear seat passengers, so I wasn't too concerned. I intended to take care of it, but I wasn't in a rush. Weeks went by, and I still hadn't done it. So the dealership called me to make an appointment (and by doing so earned *major* points with this procrastinator!). I thanked them for proactively calling me and made the appointment. Then, the morning of the appointment, something came up, and I realized I wouldn't make it in time. So I called the service department to reschedule. Again, they said, don't sweat it. Bring it in today when you can. Which I did. They told me to expect it to take an hour or so, and that's about how long it took. Obviously, since it was a recall, there was no charge. Anyway, when I bought my Saturn, I didn't factor in the importance of the dealership's service department. When that car shat the bed, and I needed to get another car quickly, I went to Kelly Honda because 1.) I knew I wanted a Civic Hybrid, and 2.) frankly, Kelly Honda is just a few minutes from where I live. So even though my experience with Kelly Honda's service department has been limited, they have far and away exceeded my expectations. They have been flexible, efficient, and considerate. And that, in turn, has made the car ownership experience that much better. More
They were friendly but didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I told them on the phone it was for a recall, and when I got there they ask what recall it was. They told me there was nothing they could do. It wasn't until I called Honda USA HQ, that I found out that they extended the waranty of the radio to 7years/100k miles. More
On Friday the 13th, at lunchtime, I noticed a leaking windshield wiper fluid reservoir in my Honda CRV. The Honda driver trasnported me back and forth to my office while the repair was performed. I am thankful to the Kelly team for their fast service and professionalism. Over the years I have dealt with a dozen other dealers and have found that Kelly Honda is outstanding for its sales and service teams. More

I had purchased my Honda at Boch Honda originally but family members suggested that I get my service done at Kelly. Jeff Kovacek was my Service Consultant on my last visit and made sure that I was happy with the work done and even honored coupons that I had with Boch Honda. I will be looking to trade in my honda soon and if the Sales area offers the same service as the Service Area, I know I will be very happy with that experience as well. More
Very easy to deal with the sales person. Price was about average. Business manager (accepts the payments) was very rude and arrogant. Who needs to listen to that? I suggest to avoid the service department. Unless it is a regular oil change, they absolutely suck. When they are not sure what the problem is, they tell you that your car is fine. This is very frustrating especially when you later find out that there was a problem. They actually have some nice services like free shuttle service, free car wash, and free towing. The car wash quality wasn't that great when I used it. I don't use it anymore. When the person who washed my car brought the keys back to the service desk and put them right in front of his coworker, I had to wait five minutes until this guy at the desk finished reading his magazine and realized that I was waiting for the keys. Conclusion: Just a typical everyday dealership. They want your money bad but when you want good service for your money, find some other place if you can. More
