Could be better OK visit. A bit disappointed that the car wasn't cleaned as promised - if your advertising say that you also will vacuum after the service, that, in m OK visit. It would only taken a few extra minutes but leave a better impression. While in the waiting area, I approached Brandon asking about special on the lease for Accord. I was upfront and told him that I am not making any decisions and just inquiring if they have anything good going on. He told me that the promotions changes every month and the deal will depend on time when I am ready to get a new car. He didn't get out of his desk or ever get up of his chair. He basically dismissed me. Not coming back to him or to the dealership unless Kelly has something that no over places do. By the way, my lease was up in December and I am now on the extended lease and can get a new car anytime I want. If Brandon spend a few more minutes with me, I might of offered him that information. But our conversation was to short for that. I would like to Thank Ariel for his smile and friendliness and the girl at the Customer Service desk by the Service department (don't know her name) - she also was very friendly, responded to my questions with a smile, and was very friendly. Over all, I got what I came for - an oil change. Could of driven away in a cleaner car or a brand new car to that matter. More
Professional technician and service manager A downside is that the employees who answer the phone in the service area do not have a lot of knowledge about the service of the cars. For example, I called to ask if it was okay to take a trip to the Cape when I had a 10% oil reminder on my dash. The employee did not know, so I was put on hold while she asked a technician. Then I asked her what type of oil I would need to put in my CR-V and she put me on hold again to ask the technician. I made a very bad mistake by putting the oil into the transmission hole, so I called back and told the same employee what I did, and once again, I was put on hold for several minutes while she checked with the technician. I miss David (I believe that was his name), who had extensive knowledge about the service of my car. On a very positive note, my car was towed to Kelly Honda, in order to have the transmission flushed out and Ariel was great. He got the process started quickly and within an hour, the technician had flushed out the transmission area and I was on my way to the Cape. More

Courteous, helpful and efficient . On the first visit she smiled with me when I told her that I had corrected another employee when he said that I should go over to see "the Girl". I said " Yes, I will see the woman". I doubt he would have said that one of the male employees was "a boy". Please keep those things in mind when training employees. Thanks More
