Quick and painless. Maybe fuss-less (?) is a better word. I have been, and still am, very satisfied with the service at Kelly. Quick, clean, answered my questions. I do have a question. Quick appointment on a Saturday when dashboard light came on I greatly appreciate that the Kelly Honda Service Center fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday. The low tire pressure light came on the dashboard a few hours before I had to make an important trip to the metro-west area for the day, and they took my car in immediately to check it. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the employees I dealt with, but they were all kind and considerate. This was greatly appreciated, more than they probably realize, because I had two crises going on at that time and was freaked out that my car might be undrivable that day. Also, I'd run over broken glass 2 days prior and was worried I had a leak; they checked all tires and everything was fine, the pressure was just low due to a shift in the weather. Having already had a flat tire on a rainy night some months back, I was not eager to repeat that experience, especially with a sick passenger in the car. Thank you for fixing my car, for great service, and for kind and considerate employees. More

When the issue re-occurred, Justin listened carefully to my description of the sequence of events leading up to the issue, which then helped the Kelly techs clearly identify the source of the problem. Due to nature of issue, either myself, or my daughter, a brand new driver, could have had a serious accident. Due to repair needed, my Honda could not be driven and a part needed to be ordered. It was very late in the day but Ariel arranged a rental and drove my daughter and I to Enterprise just in time before it closed for the day. Recently, my car stopped running and I had my car towed to the dealership. Justin was there to respond to every question and concern I had. I have rarely experienced this level of service and responsiveness. I am very satisfied and trust Kelly service to treat me respectfully, fairly and keep my Honda maintained properly. More

Average Being an old aircraft mechanic, having been a lead racing car mechanic I see good auto service as a must for customer's safety and for service provide Being an old aircraft mechanic, having been a lead racing car mechanic I see good auto service as a must for customer's safety and for service provider to maintain a high standard and reputation. I have for some time considered taking my car to others than Honda and recently did so for exhaust system problem and was very satisfied with the service. My recent visit to Honda for an "A6" level service including oil/filter change, transmission and rear differential oil changes as my "other" service provider was too busy at the time. The Honda representative did an excellent job, they have always been helpful and informative, and the service was performed well and relatively quick. The "A6" service also includes replacing the air filter and the cabin filter which I decided to do myself. In so doing I realized the air filter enclosure, the top-to-bottom part which are held together with 4 screws, had only one working fastener/screw, the other tree were so rusted together that someone had sheared them off and just left them broken. All the prior work replacing air filters on this car has been done by Honda but I was never told there was a problem with these screws. For some it may seem small perhaps but, the car belongs to me and I'm paying for the service and expect to be informed about something broken so I may decide if to repair/replace/leave "as is". I will from now on schedule my service with the "other"provider unless they can't perform the work required in which case I will take it to a Honda dealer. More
