The manager informed me of other problems that were known for my vehicle so ther The service team were excellent. They were cordial and understanding. The manager informed me of other problems that were known for my vehicle so there were no surprises up front. They said they would inform me if it looked like if the work would take all day so I could make plans for renting a vehicle or calling ahead for a ride. The service team were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was working properly. After everything was completed, the manager took his time explaining everything that went on in the service department and future work that may need to be done. More

Oil change Just going in for an oil change and having them just check everything all at once is great. I love how everyone as soon as you go in is super nice. Even the lady at the service center receptionist desk is super busy, she knows how to multi task and handle everything all at once. Overall, Kelly Honda is a great place to go to when you want any service done. Even if your car is not a Honda, since I did see a Chevy getting an oil change too, they will change your oil. Great experience overall, thanks Kelly Honda on the Lynnway Lynn, Ma. There is one more guy I just do not remember his name. A light skin guy kind of tall with glasses. More
