Great services and fast I had a great experience with my most recent "Level D" tuneup. As we all know, this is the most expensive one and was worried that I would be stuck th I had a great experience with my most recent "Level D" tuneup. As we all know, this is the most expensive one and was worried that I would be stuck there all day. Instead it was done in two hours. In addition to the regular tuneup, they found a problem which could have, and eventually would have, caused me a lot of hardships while driving. Being stranded on the highway or anywhere is not a good situation to be in. So, thank you fro taking such good care of me. More

Excellent experience! I had never been to Kelly Honda before. I purchased my 2007 Honda pilot at another dealership. The location and Lynn is closer than the other dealer I had never been to Kelly Honda before. I purchased my 2007 Honda pilot at another dealership. The location and Lynn is closer than the other dealership. I thought I’d give it a try. I was therefore a recall service concerning the driver-side airbag. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The repair took less than one hour. Excellent experience! More

Another battery replacement. Service center performed required service in timely manner. I have a problem with this 2012 CRV, bought used in 2014 and has had multiple problems wi Service center performed required service in timely manner. I have a problem with this 2012 CRV, bought used in 2014 and has had multiple problems with vehicle not starting. Four months after purchasing the dealer replaced the battery. Recall for software battery management was performed seven months after second battery was replaced by dealer. Eight months later third battery replaced at my cost of $145.97 by dealer. I have a vehicle now for 19 months that has had three batteries and I don't feel this vehicle is dependable or reliable. First Honda purchased based on advertisement about dependability and may be the last. More
