Ok Experience. Needs improvemenr People here are very kind and friendly. This review is no reflection on the staff. I received a coupon via email for 19.99 oil change. The service rep People here are very kind and friendly. This review is no reflection on the staff. I received a coupon via email for 19.99 oil change. The service rep had to put a number of line items and then a discount so it would come close to 19.99 but it wasnt exact maybe a few dollars more. Second, the service included wash and vacuum. It wasnt washed as the side mirror was loose according to the rep, but I was disappointed when u got to my car and it was not vacummed. The incentive to go the dealer vs. other outletts are these little perks. Once removed, it doesnt give u that added incentive to go back. Again service staff are great! More

I would advise the dealarship to anybody ! This is the best dealership I ever knew! Polite, professional personnel ,nice ,clean waiting area .Express service is outstanding ! engine oil empty;light intermittent; 40% calculated Issue with engine consuming oil resulting in needing at least one piston replaced. Justin was very good at explaining the situation. It is a know issue with this engine and is under warranty for the work. Only thing is, the part is on back order. I do not feel comfortable driving any length because of constantly being afraid of running out of oil. The part should be in next week. I will get a loaner, during the repair. Just wish it could have been taken care of sooner. I understand the back order but it is unsettling. I always service my care at Kelly. My second Honda. Aways very polite, professional, nice people there. More
