Positive experience The tire pressure light on my 2 1/2 year-old CRV came on. Because I had had a previous bad experience with tires I got panicked. Went to Kelly Honda The tire pressure light on my 2 1/2 year-old CRV came on. Because I had had a previous bad experience with tires I got panicked. Went to Kelly Honda on the Lynnway and asked to have it checked. Not sure whether they would try to sell me something I didn't need or what the issue was going to be I was a bit anxious. 20 minutes after leaving my car with the representative, they came to find me to tell me they had adjusted the pressure in all four tires which was a bit low, checked all of my systems which were all in the green, and that there would be no charge for the service. You can imagine my relief. A positive way to start the new year. Thank you Kelly Honda. More

Not happy First had to wait awhile for someone to be available to check me in while I watched all the service techs talk to each other leave, talk more, then l First had to wait awhile for someone to be available to check me in while I watched all the service techs talk to each other leave, talk more, then leave again. Someone could have come to me and tell me not much longer or something instead of feeling invisible. Needed the "C" service but just asked to check tires, fluids and change oil and next time I would go ahead with the "C" service. When my car was finished, the young girl came to the waiting room, called my name, and said I was done, but, I only have 5% left on my brakes! This is very dangerous and I should have been told when they were still working on my car not when my car was finished and in garage ready to go! I was leaving for a 3 hr trip the next day. More
