I've never felt like I've been taken advantage of or had unnecessary work suggested. I buy a Honda because the cars are a terrific product and as long as you take care of them properly, they should only need routine maintenance. (Of course, there are always exceptions, but for the most part that is true when it comes to a Honda.) I trust them to do the work properly and I've never been disappointed. The experience is as stress-free as possible. More

Fast, attentive and thorough. Brought my new HR-V in for what turned out to be a bad rear shock absorber (factory defect). Justin Marais, my service rep arranged to have the part o Brought my new HR-V in for what turned out to be a bad rear shock absorber (factory defect). Justin Marais, my service rep arranged to have the part ordered and replace the bad shock but unfortunately because the model is so new, the part had to be overnighted. Justin quickly arranged a loaner (2016 Accord) and I was on my way quickly. The next day, the work was done quickly and I was sent on my way.These things happen and the true colors of a service dept. come out in a crisis situation. Kelly Honda came through. More

Great dealership I just leased my second CRV from Kelly. Prior to that , we had bought 6 cars from the dealer--all because of their great dealership and the people who I just leased my second CRV from Kelly. This service experience was simply to have my new car inspected, so there isn't much to report. Ariel and Rhonda at the SErvice desk are always helpful. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else.
