I reecently had my 2021 CRV serviced. This is my 4th car that I have purchased at Kelly. My experience was quite upsetting with the employee whom was dealing with me. Cody made the car buying process swift and easy. I was hesitant to come in as other dealerships in that past have made the car buying experience anything but pleasant. This dealership (where I also bought this vehicle outright in 2016) is always very clean and accommodating to incredibly professional and efficient. I went in for a 8am appointment last Saturday & was finished by 9:30am. The service representative was very knowledgeable & courteous. He let me choose what I wanted to do for service. He even showed m finished by 9:30am. The service representative was very knowledgeable & courteous. He let me choose what I wanted to do for service. He even showed me what the issue was before completing the job. I felt everyone was very transparent & I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. While I waited for my car a sales representative offered me a cup or tea or coffee. I will say since I've been to things are definitely improved as far as customer service. Keep up the great work!
