Since day 1 when I negotiated the purchase to yesterday when I had routine service performed at the Lynnway location I have been most satisfied. Ariel was extremely helpful from beginning to end. The whole process took approximately 1 hour - oil change, service and inspection sticker. I highly recommend Kelly Honda to my friends who are considering purchasing new cars and those who just need a great service department for their current Hondas. Thank you again. i came in for an Oil Change Johnathan greeted me and took. Are of everything in an efficient way. Also he was cheerful and courteous and made my visit pleasant and seamless. Once the purpose of visit was completed, the techs noticed I needed a new tire and a couple of new filters. Since I have tire protection, in minutes anew tire was approved and within 45 min. see below I had an issue with my cellphone not connecting to the bluetooth in the car. I went to the Verizon dealer and was told it was not a problem with the p I had an issue with my cellphone not connecting to the bluetooth in the car. I went to the Verizon dealer and was told it was not a problem with the phone itself, but with the bluetooth connection and was told to go to the dealership. Two very nice gentlemen assisted me. I believe it was Justin who helped with the bluetooth issue and solved that problem. I then asked if it would be possible to get an oil change while I was there although I didn't have an appointment and Christopher said no appointment was needed and I could have that done while I was there. Both gentlemen were very cordial and helpful. Although I thanked both of them, I'd like the Manager to know about my visit to your dealership. Everyone seemed pleasant and respectful. More
