Not the friendliest of places I got a call telling me my car was ready for me to pick it up. I get there, pay for services, only to not be able to locate my car there after. Afte I got a call telling me my car was ready for me to pick it up. I get there, pay for services, only to not be able to locate my car there after. After being told it was outback 3 times, someome finally went and looked for the car. After 15 mins the man returned with my car in tow. Not sure what happened or why there seemed to be so much confusion, but it was annoying as xxxx to think that no one knew where my car was or that it was not ready when I got a call telling me that it was all set. There were two girls at the service desk where I made my payment. One was on the phone while the other never once looked at me or my husband as we stood in front of the register waiting to be tended to. A worker from outside came inside and was looking for information from the girl, who still never acknowledged us. It was the lady who excused herself saying she needed something and that it would be just a moment. After making my payment, the girl continued to say nothing and be unfriendly. I had no idea what to do or where to go from there to retrieve my car. Before walking outside, I had to inquire about my car seeing as how the girl failed to say anything to us. I would expect someone helping customers to be a bit more friendlier and welcoming working at a place like Honda. All in all, this was my third time at this location, and sadly I just never get good vibes from most of the people there. Having dealt with other Honda dealerships in the past, I’ve always had good experiences, not so much with this one. A google search has led me to another Honda dealership not too far from my home, I will be checking that location out in the future. Kenny was nice and helpful. More

Overall experience While waiting for my 2010 Accord to be serviced I was looking around the showroom when I was approached by a salesperson asking if they could be of as While waiting for my 2010 Accord to be serviced I was looking around the showroom when I was approached by a salesperson asking if they could be of assistance to me. We began talking about a couple of vehicles in the showroom. Long story short I test drove a 2017 accord hybrid. The car was exceptionally nice, drove very well. Not being in the market to purchase/lease at this particular time, we did discuss the value of my car and payments if I was to purchase/lease the Honda hybrid. Unfortunately this isn’t the right time for me to proceed with getting a new car. The salesperson never made me feel pressured into making a deal. He was very professional and courteous. This is the kind of salesperson and dealership I prefer to do business with. I highly recommend Kelly Honda if you are in the market for a Honda. Also I would like to comment on professional and courteous my service advisor was. As always when my car is in for servicing I am extremely confident that my car is getting the best service. More
