Bad service It took me three hours and a half to do a oil change, I asked them to do tire rotation but they did not do i, they also lost my keys and it took them It took me three hours and a half to do a oil change, I asked them to do tire rotation but they did not do i, they also lost my keys and it took them a half an hour to find them and it has been two times this happen to me. When I asked them if there is a problem they have a problem with the system. I had a bad experience. Usually at other places when something like this happens they do not charge the customers but they did. More

Great Job So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 y So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 yrs, and have not been overly please on several occasions when having my care serviced here. Mainly poor communication and lack of follow through. However today's experience was exceptional. The staff was very thorough, were able to meet a timeline I requested and followed up several times with the technicians when I had questions. Very please with today's service....Thank you Kelly Honda for a job well done. More
