So annoying My husband brought my 2018 CRV in for a scheduled oil change. He asked the person who took the car in to also do a state inspection, as you can’t book My husband brought my 2018 CRV in for a scheduled oil change. He asked the person who took the car in to also do a state inspection, as you can’t book those ahead of time. He said the guy confirmed that he would also do the inspection. An hour later, we got an oil change but no inspection. Now there were 4 people ahead of us and it would have taken hours to be seen, so we just left, frustrated and now with another errand to add to our list. More

Oil change and rotation Effecient, prompt and professional. However, almost got home and my tire pressure warning light comes on. Stop overinflating my tires. What a PIA! Bad service It took me three hours and a half to do a oil change, I asked them to do tire rotation but they did not do i, they also lost my keys and it took them It took me three hours and a half to do a oil change, I asked them to do tire rotation but they did not do i, they also lost my keys and it took them a half an hour to find them and it has been two times this happen to me. When I asked them if there is a problem they have a problem with the system. I had a bad experience. Usually at other places when something like this happens they do not charge the customers but they did. More
