I concur with all the positive reviews about Joseph, his style, knowledge and curtesy. Given that I already knew exactly what I wanted we solely focused on price negotiation. Make no mistake, pretty much every dealership works the same way and the sales manager in the background is a big annoying part of this. However, Joseph made that piece very painless and seamless and therefore the whole negotiation process almost enjoyable. The dealership team impressed by turning the car around within one day, so that I could pick it Wednesday afternoon. Joseph was always communicating clearly and consistently and gave me great confidence in the dealership. This was a straight cash deal with a trade-in for a new Accord and I had all required documents and payment funding available. Big Kudos also to Felipe Garcia, who supported me in my vehicle search for the past three months and without him I would not have considered to approach Kelly Honda as my dealership. More

worst dealership Very disorganized and very poor customer service. On june 1 i went in for oil change 2 hour later they call me to informed me “ they changed engin Very disorganized and very poor customer service. On june 1 i went in for oil change 2 hour later they call me to informed me “ they changed engine’s mount and it was under warranty”. I left the shop as i was driving home i started to hear a noise. I drove the car for 3 weeks before I stop by the maintenance service. I was told to call and speak with adviser who took care me on June 1 and I need to make appointment. the sooner appointment he had available was one week later. I arrived to appointment a young gentleman took care me. I explained to him the car was making noise & little vibration after they change engine mount. The gentleman wrote the explaination incorrect and took my key. I received a called by Robert saying all i needed was tire alignment and price for it. Left the car for the day & picked up around 6 pm. I was welcomed by young lady and it took them 20 mins to find my car keys. They had the wrong tag on it. I drove away and the car had the same noise as before, brought the car back and Robert apologized and told me they will get to the bottom it & fix the car & car should be ready in a few days. I told him i was going to medical leave and my sister would pick it up. one week later, since i didn’t receive a call about the status of my car i stop by. They didnt have a clear answer and that Robert will call me on following Monday. ( he never called me) I call multiple time i was giving excuses after excuses. Three week later, i was able to drive o went in to pick up the car. Again no answer if my car was ready, i had to wait for Robert who was on break. 30 mins, later he come in tell me all i need is new tires and he try to call me (he had wrong number for me).. i took my car and decide i dont what nothing to do with honda. More

We came from numerous dealerships where the employees were not friendly and were just trying to get the most money out of us. We genuinely felt like Victor and Kyle had our best interest in mind, and we are so thankful for that! Overall, the experience was quick and easy. We were in and out within an hour and left with a new car, feeling excited and confident that we made the right choice! I cannot say enough good things about our experience! More
