My first stop was Kelly Honda, where I met Luna. After testing driving all the other vehicles, I decided to go back to Kelly Honda. I met with Luna, again, who is a very polite and extremely knowledgeable person when it comes to all the Honda products. He is a terrific sales person and listened to all my needs and concerns. He wanted to make sure I was purchasing the right vehicle for my needs. We negotiated, and the total purchasing process went smoothly from start to finish. I absolutely love my 2008 Honda Accord. This is not my first experience with a Kelly Dealership. I have been dealing with the Kelly family of dealers for over 15 years. As a single women, I can honestly say they really go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience and their service department treat you as a member of their family. Four hours after I arrived, I had a new loan, a new car and a great feel about the dealership. Every employee was genuinely friendly. I had some enjoyable conversations while waiting for the final prep. of the auto. They followed up with me the next day to ensure I was happy. They even remembered me when I came back a few days later to pick up some paperwork. The car, a 2009 Honda Accord EX is great and the service was great. I highly recommend Kelly Honda on the Lynnway. I had purchased my Honda at Boch Honda originally but family members suggested that I get my service done at Kelly. Jeff Kovacek was my Service Consultant on my last visit and made sure that I was happy with the work done and even honored coupons that I had with Boch Honda. I got my second car from this dealer in the last 3 year. an the 4th car from the kelly motor group in the past 7 years. the first car i got from the dealer was a lease of 2006 honda pilot, since the purchuse of my 2006 this guys have made everything easy like thire slogan say. i have just got a great deal on a 2002 honda oddysey tanks to the help of my salesperson Luna & his sales manager Paul Panzini. So The Question is would i recommend this dealership to anyone, well yes i would because this guys are real good people, an definetly the type of guys you want do bussines with. More

Never once in all this time have we ever been put off or disappointed with the quality of their work or their people, and this goes for their Service Department, Parts Department as well as their Sales Department. Big words for a car dealership, but this comes from 49 years of dealing with car manufacturers, sales reps, parts departments, service departments, sales managers and dealership owners. Neither one of us are novices to any of this. We bought our latest Honda just a few weeks ago through Assad Melki, Sales Consultant. From beginning to end (including price negotiation) Assad turned out to be a joy to work with; his personal warmth and integrity were beyond our expectations and his knowledge of the product had us stop and listen. When was the last time we could say about a car dealer? Thanks, Assad. In all, we would have to give the highest marks to not only Assad but to Paul Panzini (Sales Manager), Ariel Vittini (Asst Service Manager) and to everyone we have had the pleasure of working with so far at Kelly Honda. I was considering a lease on a Honda Civic Coupe, so I emailed Kelly Honda for a quote. The Internet Manager, Gus Doughman, responded quickly with the information. I thought the price was high, so I emailed back asking if they could match the advertised price for another dealership. He did not respond. I guess the answer was "no." Though annoyed, I decided to stop by the dealership to see about a test drive. The sales person, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, was friendly, though in a pushy, I-just-KNOW-you're-gonna-wanna-buy-one-of-our-cars way, which I did not appreciate. I told her what I was looking for, test-drove a lovely little Coupe, liked it a lot, and sat down to talk about the price. She quoted me a lease based off of MSRP. When I balked at the price, she became more pushy and started talking up Hondas and talking down Toyotas, which is fine -- that's her job -- except: she got a lot of her information wrong. Alas. Dear Kelly Honda: If you're going to trash the competition, don't lie and/or use inaccurate information, especially if the customer JUST TOLD YOU that she has done research on the other car. I wanted to negotiate, and was told outright that there was "no way" to lower the price. "No," she said, and shrugged. "That's our price. That's our car." I didn't really know how to respond to that, so I just thanked her and left. More
Very easy to deal with the sales person. Price was about average. Business manager (accepts the payments) was very rude and arrogant. Who needs to listen to that? I suggest to avoid the service department. Unless it is a regular oil change, they absolutely suck. When they are not sure what the problem is, they tell you that your car is fine. This is very frustrating especially when you later find out that there was a problem. They actually have some nice services like free shuttle service, free car wash, and free towing. The car wash quality wasn't that great when I used it. I don't use it anymore. When the person who washed my car brought the keys back to the service desk and put them right in front of his coworker, I had to wait five minutes until this guy at the desk finished reading his magazine and realized that I was waiting for the keys. Conclusion: Just a typical everyday dealership. They want your money bad but when you want good service for your money, find some other place if you can. More
