This dealer is a 45min drive from my house, I made an appointment so I would not have to wait, I have a toddler whose schedule I need to work around. When I got to the dealer not only were the 2 specific cars I asked to test drive not ready, they couldn't find one of them. Walter led me to one of the cars so we could check the mileage and confirm that it was one of the two, but instead of letting me look at the vehicle and inspect it, he turned his back on me opened the door turned the car on briefly to check the mileage, then turned it off quickly and locked the door again. OK. I had to wait for half an hour before either car was ready. in which time W disappeared to presumably smoke a cigarette (he came back smelling like smoke). Finally I test drove both cars, decided to make an offer on one. At this point they estimated the trade in for my car, KBB showing a $3000 value for it, they offered me $900. Ha Ha Ha. Having done extensive research on inventory and prices of CR-Vs in the Boston area, I low balled them on the offer still allowing for them to make a profit of about $1500 to $2000 on the car, (who wouldn't in this economy). W became defensive and even angry refusing to counter offer. Bob the manager was just as bad. Attacking me on my accounting of the value of the cars, even accusing ME of being rude. (I was willing to go up by $500 to $1000) By not counter offering or haggling in any way they really shot themselves in the foot. My friend suggested that they were intimidated by a woman being knowledgeable about cars, she has a Psychology degree so... Who knows maybe a man would have been treated differently at this place. The whole thing was a two hour waste of time. More

Our 3rd vehicle from Kelly Honda. They were great in Salem, but even better in the brand new Lynn Location. The facility and the staff are both top notch. On Friday the 13th, at lunchtime, I noticed a leaking windshield wiper fluid reservoir in my Honda CRV. The Kelly Honda Service Advisor Joe Graves got it fixed within a few hours at no charge, since it windshield wiper fluid reservoir in my Honda CRV. The Honda driver trasnported me back and forth to my office while the repair was performed. I am thankful to the Kelly team for their fast service and professionalism. Over the years I have dealt with a dozen other dealers and have found that Kelly Honda is outstanding for its sales and service teams. More

We were given a voucher for the sticker and it didn't take long but it was one hassle we thought was going to be taken care of for us. More

We went in with the fear of dealing with unscrupulous car salesmen and left with a renewed spirit of what buying a car should be like. There was no hard sell, no lying and none of the scary stuff usually associated with buying a car from the dealer. Right from the start I was hesitant to give even my phone number, but as we progressed I could tell that I was in an atmosphere of honesty and integrity. Being repeat customers, it was clear that Rick was interested in our satisfaction. He took great care of us right up to and beyond the actual purchase. We ended up with an excellent deal on a certified used Honda. I would highly recommend this dealership as the one to buy your next vehicle! More

I am impressed with Julie's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, & follow-through. Upon delivery she took time to sit in the car with me and make sure I understood how everything worked before allowing me to leave the premises. I left the dealership with the car I wanted at a reasonable price and felt I was treated fairly. My only negative comment is that Kelly doesn't offer the inspection service-however, they do give you a voucher for the muffler place across the street & the inspection was processed promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Julie and Kelly Honda. More
