There was no hard sell, no lying and none of the scary stuff usually associated with buying a car from the dealer. Right from the start I was hesitant to give even my phone number, but as we progressed I could tell that I was in an atmosphere of honesty and integrity. Being repeat customers, it was clear that Rick was interested in our satisfaction. He took great care of us right up to and beyond the actual purchase. We ended up with an excellent deal on a certified used Honda. I would highly recommend this dealership as the one to buy your next vehicle! More

I am impressed with Julie's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, & follow-through. Upon delivery she took time to sit in the car with me and make sure I understood how everything worked before allowing me to leave the premises. I left the dealership with the car I wanted at a reasonable price and felt I was treated fairly. My only negative comment is that Kelly doesn't offer the inspection service-however, they do give you a voucher for the muffler place across the street & the inspection was processed promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Julie and Kelly Honda. More
