My actual sales experience was okay. But my first experience with the service department was not good at all. My salesperson set me up with an appointment on a Saturday to get my side molding instal experience with the service department was not good at all. My salesperson set me up with an appointment on a Saturday to get my side molding installed ... when I got there in the morning, I was informed they were too busy and I'd have to wait 5 hours for the car. They said they would provide me with a loaner car if I waited until the following Monday morning. I agreed, but when I arrived on Monday morning, they told me there were no more loaner cars so they were calling for a rental car. I was on my way to work, and they told me it would only take a few minutes because the rental car company was down the street. At least 40 minutes later, and after asking them multiple times where the car was, a Hertz rental shows up. The car was battered and filthy inside and out. I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration to the Honda financial guy who helped me with my car purchase, and he asked me if I wanted a ride to and from my train station via their courtesy shuttle car. I told him I didn't know they had this service. He was surprised no one mentioned it to me, and I finally did take the courtesy shuttle to my train and then back to the dealership after work. The communication was terrible .... no one bothered to ask me in the entire time I was sitting there stressed out waiting for this rental car (I was very late for work), if I would be interested in a courtesy ride. It took me complaining about the rental for anyone to suggest it. The entire ordeal that morning set me back one hour, and it should have not even taken half that time. I hope this isn't a hint of how the service department operates, because I will take my car for servicing to a different Honda dealership. More

This was my first time buying a new car on my own and Kelly Honda was very informative and reasonable with the price range I wanted. I wanted a specific CRV but it wasn't going to be in for a few weeks, Kelly Honda was very informative and reasonable with the price range I wanted. I wanted a specific CRV but it wasn't going to be in for a few weeks, so they were willing to try and locate me one before their shipment of CRV's came in. I had weekly updates from Larry which was helpful. I had my new CRV by the end of the month just one day after it came in. I would recommend them to anyone. More

My experience at Kelly Honda was the greatest of all the dealerships I've dealt with. The showroom was immaculate, and the people were friendly. But most of all, I came in to buy a vehicle from Eddie Schrag dealerships I've dealt with. The showroom was immaculate, and the people were friendly. But most of all, I came in to buy a vehicle from Eddie Schrage, who was recommended by a friend. Eddie was very friendly, professional and courtious. Most importantly, Eddie put me into a Honda CRV model that I wanted and could afford. He was not pushy, and I felt he cared about my experience and purchase most of all. I will highly recommend Kelly Honda and Eddie Schrage to friends and family looking for a great vehicle. I will certainly consider buying future vehicles from Kelly Honda. More

I had to purchase a few cars for opening and licensing my new driving school in the Boston area. Herb Chambers was the closest Honda dealership but dealing with the sales reps and trying to get them to unde new driving school in the Boston area. Herb Chambers was the closest Honda dealership but dealing with the sales reps and trying to get them to understand about our circumstances were a pain in the ass. They think they're the only dealership that anyone could ever choose when it comes to Boston residents, but boy are they wrong. Kelly Honda is about a good half hour to 45 minute drive from my house and it's definitely worth the visit. Sales reps are easy to talk to and are very understanding. I will definitely come back to buy my next Hondas to come! More

Kelly Honda is by far the best Honda dealership in the Greater Boston area. I live less than a mile from a different Certified Honda Dealer, however, I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to Kelly Honda. I Greater Boston area. They are top notch when it comes to price and are very respectful of your time. Their service team works quickly and very effectively, you can't get better than that!
