My experience with Kelly Honda was very favorable. I went there to test drive a 2009 Pilot which was advetised online. I called ahead and the car was ready to test drive when I got there. I dealt with Joe Richard and he was very helpful and informative. When we sat down to talk price and deal we both went back and forth and I finally said I was not ready to buy then and there. No pressure from Joe at all. We finally did the deal a day or two later. I dealt with Boulos Ferris for all the paperwork and financing, and everything went quickly and smoothly. I headed back to Kelly Honda to add to the many automobiles and trucks I have purchased form the Kelly Group over the past 40 years. The reason I was back for a new vehicle was the fact my 2003 H automobiles and trucks I have purchased form the Kelly Group over the past 40 years. The reason I was back for a new vehicle was the fact my 2003 Honda Element was involved in a rear end collision with a 28' box truck. This in-turn pushed me into and other car. The Element was totaled but protected me from serious injury. I was sad to see the Element die the way it did, it still had lots of life left to go. As far as my experiences with Don, Dennis and Jerry I have nothing but praise. I was there to buy a vehicle, another Element maybe, but since my girlfriend just purchased a 2010 Element from Kelly's, do I need 2 of them? They coped with me when buying a car was not what I wanted to do and to make it even harder I wanted all to be done instantly to get the whole accident experience behind me. I was very impatient and they dealt with me and my anxiety with understanding. I would not hesitate for a minute to return for another vehicle and will always refer customers to the dealership. Thanks .... Wonderful to do business with Kelly Honda .... Again! Everyone knows someone who loves a Honda .... and I love my new CR-Z ... what a pleasure to drive and great gas mileage to boot! More
I own a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX and love it. It's the 5th Honda I've bought. 4 from Kelly Honda. It wouldn't start the other day so I had the car towed to Kelly Honda in Lynn. Even though it's not brand new I have a comfort in knowing that the most knowledgeable people are working on it. The car was ready within 24hrs & everything was perfect. The Service Manager Mike & the Service employee Rhonda were extremely helpful. I don't regret making the choice to have it serviced at Kelly Honda. More
I purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot from a different dealership in 2009. The salesman called us up last week saying they were looking for used Pilots with relatively low mileage. I called him up, gave dealership in 2009. The salesman called us up last week saying they were looking for used Pilots with relatively low mileage. I called him up, gave him my payoff, miles etc and said we might be interested as long it's no money down with the same payment. He agreed and told him I needed to check my "wife," before making the deal. I reached out to Kelly Honda via the internet and heard back from Robert right away. I ran the same deal by them and said I wanted to lower my payment by $20. Kelly eventually got to that number and then some. I gave the other dealership one last chance for the business and the sales rep that reached out to me in the first place had to walk away because he could not beat or match the same deal as Kelly. Walter and Dennis were great to work with and worked at the fast pace that I wanted to get this deal done. It got to a point where Dennis called me up and asked me for the number I was looking to be at. I gave him a number and he came in two dollars less than what asked for. Most dealerships would play that cat n mouse game where I say a number and they meet me half way and this goes back and forth for a few rounds. To have Dennis and the team come in lower than my first offer was more than a pleasant surprise. And they won my business right there. Walter and the team got me in and out very quickly when we signed the papers and took care of every little detail that you appreciate when buying a new car. Hats off to Kelly Honda for an amazing experience and gaining a customer for life. One other thing. I ran the offer from Kelly by one more dealership and the salesman pretty much said, that if you are getting that deal from someone else stick with them because they couldn't come close. My actual sales experience was okay. But my first experience with the service department was not good at all. My salesperson set me up with an appointment on a Saturday to get my side molding instal experience with the service department was not good at all. My salesperson set me up with an appointment on a Saturday to get my side molding installed ... when I got there in the morning, I was informed they were too busy and I'd have to wait 5 hours for the car. They said they would provide me with a loaner car if I waited until the following Monday morning. I agreed, but when I arrived on Monday morning, they told me there were no more loaner cars so they were calling for a rental car. I was on my way to work, and they told me it would only take a few minutes because the rental car company was down the street. At least 40 minutes later, and after asking them multiple times where the car was, a Hertz rental shows up. The car was battered and filthy inside and out. I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration to the Honda financial guy who helped me with my car purchase, and he asked me if I wanted a ride to and from my train station via their courtesy shuttle car. I told him I didn't know they had this service. He was surprised no one mentioned it to me, and I finally did take the courtesy shuttle to my train and then back to the dealership after work. The communication was terrible .... no one bothered to ask me in the entire time I was sitting there stressed out waiting for this rental car (I was very late for work), if I would be interested in a courtesy ride. It took me complaining about the rental for anyone to suggest it. The entire ordeal that morning set me back one hour, and it should have not even taken half that time. I hope this isn't a hint of how the service department operates, because I will take my car for servicing to a different Honda dealership. More

This was my first time buying a new car on my own and Kelly Honda was very informative and reasonable with the price range I wanted. I wanted a specific CRV but it wasn't going to be in for a few weeks, Kelly Honda was very informative and reasonable with the price range I wanted. I wanted a specific CRV but it wasn't going to be in for a few weeks, so they were willing to try and locate me one before their shipment of CRV's came in. I had weekly updates from Larry which was helpful. I had my new CRV by the end of the month just one day after it came in. I would recommend them to anyone. More
