Very friendly, started out giving us a fairly competitive price, about 800 more then the quote online from truecar right off the bat. Obviously they meant business and weren't fooling around. I would like to say in all my years I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership than I did today. I cannot state this enough if it wasn't for Dave Heney (pre-owned manager) I would not gone to this dealership as it is way out of the way, but I can say that it was worth my while to go to Kelly Honda in Lynn, Mass. On November 26th, 2010 I went to the Kelly Honda dealership in Lynn to buy a Honda Odyssey 2006. After I left the dealer I noticed the car was not driving straight, as if the tires were not aligned. dealership in Lynn to buy a Honda Odyssey 2006. After I left the dealer I noticed the car was not driving straight, as if the tires were not aligned. I also noticed one of the headphones for the backseats was not working. After I returned to the dealership for the second time, the problem was only resolved after many attempts and only after I threatened to take them to court. I was told my tires were aligned but the car continued to drift to one side. They told me my car was fixed but it wasn't. I took my car to Sears Auto, paid out of pocket for the alignment, and car was still drifting to one side instead of going straight. I was told that I needed new tires, so I paid for two new tires. But the car is still off balance. After running a car fax on my purchased vehicle I learned the car was involved in two accidents, which probably affected the car's alignment. In the same week, I noticed there was at least one screw missing from each tire and the car manual was missing. The Service Center was able to give me the screws the following week and I was told I would only receive the manual in two or more weeks. After waiting for two weeks I called the dealership and they provided me with a 2010 Odyssey manual, when my car is a 2006. When I was closing the deal I was promised an original (2006) manual and they failed to give me that. About one month later after driving through a puddle, water leaked into the carpets of the back of my car. I went to the dealer and asked if my warranty covered it, and I was told NO. What kind of warranty is this? I was guaranteed bumper to bumper warranty! So I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Now whenever it rains, there is water leaking in through the doors! My kids were complaining they were getting wet from the water coming in! I went to the dealer and was told my warranty does not cover that, and that I would have to pay $300.00 for repairs. The lights in my dashboard burned out twice. I was also charged out of pocket to get those lights fixed. What about my extended warranty?? To make matter worse, I began hearing noises in the transmission whenever it switches gears about one month ago. I went to the Kelly Honda Service Center in Lynn twice and was told the noise it was making was "normal". After I insisted with them several times they had me talk to a mechanic. He challenged me to drive any car on the lot because they ALL make that sound. But I didn't believe him. I've been a client of Honda for many years. When I lived in Brazil I had two Hondas, and I never heard a sound like that coming from the transmission. No mechanic has ever made such an absurd statement to me as this one did. I would like my case to be reviewed and that I receive the attention I deserve as a client. More
When I came to Kelly Honda, I knew exactly what model car I wanted. They didn't have one on the lot, so David Pereira located one, and had it brought to the Lynn dealership for me to test drive. He answered my questions and really took his time to make sure that I felt good about the car and the deal we put together. He wasn't pushy, and didn't pressure me into anything - he let me call the shots which I really appreciated. The team at Kelly took care of everything for me - my registration, my inspection sticker, they even switched my insurance over for me. They took the stress out of buying a new car, and left me with just the fun part. My purchase from Kelly Honda was by far the smoothest, easiest, and most pleasant car transaction I have ever had. I really love my new car and I am so glad I went to Kelly. I Highly recommend this dealership, and also suggest you ask for David Pereira. More

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and I ended up purchasing a brand new 2011 honda. The sales personnel was very excellent as well the finance manager. My wife and I went in to look at cars and really to get an idea of what make, model, year would best fit our needs. We recently had our first child and my wife did not own her own car, so we shared a vehicle. We had a month timeline in mind and knew that we'd probably have to deal with sales pressure. But to be honest, Aaron was great in working with us. We took most of his day test driving and gathering information about the different makes and models of vehicles for the past 5 years. We did inform him of what our plan was, that we weren't going to be purchasing that day, but most likely within the month and he gave us a lot of attention nonetheless. At the end of the first day, we traded information. When we got back in touch the following month, we showed up unannounced and Aaron was quick to make himself available to work with us. We narrowed it down to 2 vehicles that met our criteria and we decided on a car. Aaron was great to work with. He takes the time to follow-up, check in to see how things are going throughout the entire process and in a way where we didn't feel he was putting too much pressure on us or being pushy. Just friendly and nice to work with. Boulos Ferris, the Business Manager helped us find the best financing options to meet our scenario and he was great to work with as well. Very friendly and informative. Delivery was quick, and they helped us get the final touches finished quick and conveniently. We are happy with the whole process, and would go back the next time we are in the market for an automobile. More
