Chad went out of his way to answer all of our questions without trying to make a hard sale up front. He also took additional pictures of the vehicle we thought might have the features we were looking for and then sent them to us to ensure we were comfortable knowing everything about the vehicle. We were honest that the vehicle wasn't exactly what we were looking for feature-wise.
