I went in for a 8am appointment last Saturday & was finished by 9:30am. The service representative was very knowledgeable & courteous. He let me choose what I wanted to do for service. He even showed m finished by 9:30am. The service representative was very knowledgeable & courteous. He let me choose what I wanted to do for service. He even showed me what the issue was before completing the job. I felt everyone was very transparent & I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. While I waited for my car a sales representative offered me a cup or tea or coffee. I will say since I've been to things are definitely improved as far as customer service. Keep up the great work!
