I had decided on a used Honda CRV a long time ago and had done the necessary research. I have purchased two other vehicles from Kelly Honda and was very satisfied and this was no exception. I met Jeremy at the door and he was immediately very welcoming and friendly . He patiently listened to the reasons I wanted the CRV and gave me thorough and knowledgeable answers to my questions . We went on a 90 minute test drive and I was not rushed and every question I had was answered. We negotiated a price and a trade in and I was very pleased with the price. The only glitch was a clerical error on the transfer of plates from my trade in instead of new plates but it worked out fine.
