In my opinion, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I felt that they took advantage of my husband, whose English is limited, and the price ended up being more than $15,000 above the stic I’ve ever had. I felt that they took advantage of my husband, whose English is limited, and the price ended up being more than $15,000 above the sticker value. Throughout the process, I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. I ended up contacting the Attorney General’s office because I believed the situation was unethical. Ultimately, I was granted a flat cancellation of the contract, which confirmed to me that raising my concerns was the right decision. Moreover, I personally felt that the way the manager, Mr. Babousa, spoke to us came across as disrespectful and biased, and it left me feeling that he cared more about pushing the deal than treating us fairly. Overall I had a great experience here, I did my research ahead of time and they were very respectful. My dealer was awesome, but the only trouble we had was with the manager/Sr Dealer who was doing our pape ahead of time and they were very respectful.
