My service rep never answers his phone or returns calls back and some of the receptionist are very rude. Customer service isn't their strong suit at all. Un día antes había ido encargaron la goma para el día siguiente y no fueron capas de llamar para decirme que ya estaba ahí la goma, sabiendo estaba usando una repuesta, tuve yo que llamar, ponían en espera, me pasaban de línea en línea, me cerraban la llamada, cuando pregunté por qué hacen eso, me dijeron que no había quien hablara en español, me encontré extraño por qué las últimas tres personas que me dejaban en espera y cerraban la llamada hablaban en español.
