I had a warranty concern needed to speak with the service mgr. the advisor took me straight to his office and to my surprise was Mr.Brown I had worked with at Southeastern Honda when he was the service mgr h mgr. the advisor took me straight to his office and to my surprise was Mr.Brown I had worked with at Southeastern Honda when he was the service mgr he review the concern . Put in a rental car called me two hours later about the concern . Explained the needed repairs had all the parts Instock and had my car done at 4:30 same day ! I have worked with Mr. Brown several times in the passed 8 years at Honda he goes out of his way evertime and one can tell he's all about the service he's on top of this game. Kelly Ford you are lucky to have Mr.Brown !! More
