Service review with Judy Daly Judy Daly has been providing excellent service to our family for years. At first, my son bought a Ford 150 and she was providing service to him. Well, Judy Daly has been providing excellent service to our family for years. At first, my son bought a Ford 150 and she was providing service to him. Well, he always came home and raved about her and how easy she made things for him. So of course when I bought a Ford, I took my Fusion SEL to her as well. I was so impressed with the personalized service she provided! She goes over and above what you would normally expect to make your experience a good one. She even helped me surprise my son for Christmas with a new set of tires and we had told him his truck was being recalled!!! Now, who does that!? She is so awesome...you have a jewel there and clearly you know it because she has been promoted. Now we are working with her daughter, Tracy, and she is following in her Mothers footsteps providing the same level of service. the best auto repair experience ever my wife and i were so delighted find kelly ford service department here in melbourne florida. we took our 2008 ford focus to kelly and our service re my wife and i were so delighted find kelly ford service department here in melbourne florida. we took our 2008 ford focus to kelly and our service rep, jeremy, found us a special on pirelli tires which enabled us to replace all four tires. then he went further by applying for the rebate on our behalf. the staff was fast and extremely friendly and courteous-offering us a telephone charger as we sat and waited. they had free snacks, water and other drinks available as well as several large tv sitting areas. i had a real aversion to dealership service departments too. i expected to replace the brakes and also redo my alignment but was happy to find out there would be no up-sale or unnecessary repairs suggested. i'll definitely do business with this company for a long time. thanks kelly ford staff.
