After being greeted immediately upon arrival I recognized the service representative I was dealing with was actually listening to what I was saying and I began to feel at ease. Kelly Ford was able to trouble shoot issues I had repeatedly tried to have diagnosed at other service departments in my first visit. It gave me great peace of mind that when I went to pick up my vehicle all the work would be done completely and properly, it was. There is nothing like having something you love repaired to like new condition if not better. Thank you Jeremy and Kelly Ford. More

Excellent Customer Care and Involvement We moved to the Melbourne area after being in Titusville for a number of years and working with another great Ford dealer, Ron Norris. We called sever We moved to the Melbourne area after being in Titusville for a number of years and working with another great Ford dealer, Ron Norris. We called several Dealers in the area to find out about loaners while our truck was being serviced and was told they don't offer that service. We called Kelly Ford and they said "come on down" they have loaner cars. We had some maintenance issues that were of concern to us so we left our truck for them to look into. Jeremy was our service advisor and Kelly Ford hit the jackpot with this young man. We thought we needed new tires, front end alignment, new brakes, tune up and just an overall health check which turned out to be much less on the maintenance side than expected. This dealership could have done everything we thought we needed, but they were so upfront and honest about it, that we determined this was our new Ford dealership going forward. We will be buying another Ford in the near future and Kelly will get that business thanks to our Service Advisor and his character. More

The car was ready when promised and I received a call from Traci telling me that I could pick it up at my convenience. When I came to pick the car up, I found Traci and took care of the charges, which only took a couple of minutes. Traci gave me a receipt and a copy of the itemized invoice. By then my car had been brought up and was sitting just outside the door, nice and clean inside and out. After servicing, the transmission shifts like a new car. Very Satisfied More
