Just a oil change I have been having my car serviced for over fours years at kelly since I bought it from them. They have always taking care of me. This time I brought I have been having my car serviced for over fours years at kelly since I bought it from them. They have always taking care of me. This time I brought my car in to get a oil change. Normally my care is clean. But been real busy with work and have not had the time. I meant to ask my service advisor Traci to wash my car but I forgot durning the process. I dropped the car off and got a ride to work then remembered I wanted it done. So I texted Traci and she said your car is done and she has been washed. She knew already it needed it. Thanks for that one. More

regular service our Ford Escape is 2 years old. all the periodic service has been done by Kelly Ford. After a rear-ender last year, my insurance co had it repaired our Ford Escape is 2 years old. all the periodic service has been done by Kelly Ford. After a rear-ender last year, my insurance co had it repaired by the local Buick/GMC dealer. they did good work, but couldn't repair the foot operated lift hatch. took it to Kelly, they repaired it and billed the Buick dealership. Kelly's service writers and maintenance technicians are great, so are the sales people. The whole operation at Kelly is superb, including the coffee bar and popcorn. More

The scheduling process was convenient, the Service Advisor Leo Diaz was professional and courteous and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I anticipated waiting longer and was pleasantly surprised how quickly i was done. While I was waiting CD Williams from the sales team spent time with me to confirm I was still pleased with the truck. I received a follow up from Pamela Prather and then Judy Daly to confirm I was satisfied with my visit. I was completely satisfied. More
