I found everyone I dealt with recently at Kelly Ford so kind and helpful when my car needed an oil change and scheduled maintenance. I so appreciated the free pickup and delivery, and I felt everyone went “above and beyond” to guarantee that the work was done promptly and well. For the past 8 years I’ve taken 3 different cars in for scheduled maintenance or repairs with positive results each time. I have spoken with several employees also in the sales dept. Valerie, Jack, and Tony were all so friendly, courteous, and focused on helping me consider all my options should I decide to replace my current car without any pressure. I have felt that every person I have spoken to at Kelly Ford has been honestly working in my best interest. That’s why I give Kelly Ford 5 stars! More

Had my 2020 F150 serviced 30K, along with wiper arm recall and tail gate wiring Picked up vehicle, was washed, but outside mirrors had soap residue could almost not see in them. Hand towels left in c recall and tail gate wiring Picked up vehicle, was washed, but outside mirrors had soap residue could almost not see in them. Hand towels left in cabin, first aid kit laying open on dash. Plastic bag rumpled up and left on dash board. Radio tuned to wrong channel. A bit disappointed in how vehicle was returned. will probably try them again. More
