Traci, the service writer, did an outstanding job. She kept me up to date on every curve ball a 22 year old Mustang GT offers. Between disclosing new issues identified, sourcing out of inventory/prod She kept me up to date on every curve ball a 22 year old Mustang GT offers. Between disclosing new issues identified, sourcing out of inventory/production parts, Traci called, texted to connect live with important issues and sage advice. The service techs did great work fixing all the problems we drove in with and located other issues to make sure our car was running properly & safe to drive. We bought the Mustang GT brand new from Kelly Ford. Kelly has taken great care of us. More
