My husband and I just bought a car from here and our experience was excellent. Bruce was our salesman and he was very professional, not at all pushy. He was always prompt and had the vehicle ready for us at every appointment, the last night before we actually bought our SUV he placed it where nobody else could buy it before we returned. During the actual purchasing process he gave us exactly the deal we discussed, adjusted discounts promptly without the normal back and forth that other dealerships do. Prior to our purchase here we left other numerous dealerships because of high pressure sales tactics. We returned to Kelly Ford because Bruce was excellent from start to finish, no pressure, very professional, courteous and pulled all the history I requested on the vehicle immediately during the purchasing process. He was very organized, as well as, the finance department. We would highly recommend Bruce at Kelly Ford. We are very happy with our new SUV and the overall experience provided by our salesman Bruce.
