We had brought our towne & country in for a coolant leak on a Friday morning and spoke to mr mullen in service and he welcomed us to the dealership.We saw that it was very busy and mr mullen assured we leak on a Friday morning and spoke to mr mullen in service and he welcomed us to the dealership.We saw that it was very busy and mr mullen assured we would have our car back for the weekend,with that he got us a ride home andwithin a few hours had called us with an estimate,,,,,we gave him the ok to repair the coolant hoses,he called as promised around two pm and sent the shuttle to pick us up,when we arrived at the shop we let mr mullen know that we were treated incredibly well and we picked up our vehicle.Thanked him for his help and we would be back soon. I just wanted to mention how great the service department is. My check engine light came on my jeep while I was doing errands with my two kids the other day. So i drove my jeep to Kelly but it was late in t is. My check engine light came on my jeep while I was doing errands with my two kids the other day. So i drove my jeep to Kelly but it was late in the day and the technicians were gone for the day. This was the first time I was ever at Kelly and Mr. Vrabel and the service department went out of their way to help me. He could of easily told me to come back tomorrow but he could sense that i was nervous about driving it so he called the local rental car place and got me a rental. the next day my car was fixed. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. We had some recall work done there on our minivan. Included in that work was new keys. They ordered them and called us to pick them up. I stoped in and had some recall work done there on our minivan. Included in that work was new keys. They ordered them and called us to pick them up. I stoped in and was ignored by two men working in the service area before one man reluntantly asked me what I needed. I said I was there to pick up our new keys. He told me to sit down and someone else would help me. That someone else couldn't even be bothered to look up at me and then proceeded to ask me another 3 times why I was there and if we had been called. He was disrespectul and acted as thought because I am a woman I couldn't possibly know what was going on around me. I will never go there for anything ever again and will be sure to tell anyone who will listen how horrible my experience was. All of the employees there need to go to customer service training to learn how to deal with the public, and apparently woman! More

I called for an appointment at the dealer that I had been using since we moved to the area three years ago. They could not give me an appointment for about 5 days, let alone come in to check the shocks. I called Kelly Chrysler to see what they could do. I was offered next day service. I was treated as if I was a customer for years. Jerry Kresge went out of his way to make sure the repair was done very quickly. The parts were ordered and two days later Jerry called to say they were in and could have them installed the same day. When I arrived at the service area Jerry greeted me like an old friend. The dealer I had been using had a shop and waiting area that looked like a New York Subway Station. Old and dirty. Kelly's service area is clean and neat. The write up area is bright. The waiting room clean and comfortable. What a difference from the other dealer. I am very impressed at the way Kelly does business. This is the way all dealer service should be. More
