I entered without a clear understanding on what service items I was due for. Dave explained, in details I could easily understand, the items that were on my next scheduled maintenance interval and how the items I was due for. Dave gives a friendly vibe that says, "I'm here to look out for you and your vehicle needs." I never felt that I had to be in a "cautious" or defensive state of mind to assure I was not being "pressured" into more service - and more costs - than was appropriate. Dave carried on with conveying a strong sense of trust that has been the hallmark of my services dealings with Kelly Automotive since 2006. Also, Don Pryor, who was my sales representative when I bought the car, always follows up to assure that my initial sense of satisfaction is still there today. Everyone I have dealt with, including the body shop, service techs, and even the courtesy shuttle driver, work hard to give an experience that will keep me coming back with a sense of trust. I am a loyal customer because of the Service Dept, and service managers like Dave Vrabel, who is very customer-focused, knowledge purchased 5 Jeeps. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was at Kelly for a computer problem, for which the part was back ordered. Dave Vrabel did a great job of keeping in touch with me, helping me with a rental and being very patie problem, for which the part was back ordered. Upon entering the service bay and entering the service department, I was greeted warmly and tended to promptly. While checking in, I was informed of the services being rendered as well as a recall they we department, I was greeted warmly and tended to promptly. I was given a approximate wait time of 45 minutes and proceeded to sit down in the waiting area (after being offered a beverage). Approximately 20 minutes had passed and I was approached by Dave Vrabel who informed me that my vehicle was ready to go. He spent the time to address what was covered with my car during the visit, allow me to ask questions, as well as to extend his personal business card if I had any questions or issues after I left. Thank you Kelly service team and Dave Vrabel for making what is usually a headache a very nice experience. More
