Everytime I call Dave, he accommodates my requests promptly and ensures the vehicle is being serviced per my requests. Dave returns calls promptly, keeps me informed of all that is being done, calls me when the vehicle is completed, and greets me when I arrive to pick the vehicle up and explain everything that was done. His professionalism and attention to detail are excellent and the reason why I travle 30 miles (one way) to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. If ever there was a "template" that represented how service representatives should perform their job, look no further than Dave Vrabel. More

Friendly Experiance Purchased a car last night with Tony Bittenbender at Kelly in Emmaus. Tony went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and partnered me with som Purchased a car last night with Tony Bittenbender at Kelly in Emmaus. Tony went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and partnered me with some of his team members to assist with my payment concerns. They promoted kindness and extreme patience as I test drove multiple vehicles, went thru multiple mood swings and wandered for hours back in forth until I could make a decision. My least favorite thing to do in life is spend time at a car dealership (no offense), however, Tony and his team made the task as pleasant for me as they possibly could. I am pleased to say that this morning, when driving my new car to work, I was happy & content knowing I made a good decision and was thankful that the service I received was exceptional. Chivalry and caring are not dead.... Ok...I've learned my lesson. I took my car for front brakes to a garage right down the street from where I work. After picking my Jeep and starting to Ok...I've learned my lesson. I took my car for front brakes to a garage right down the street from where I work. After picking my Jeep and starting to drive home, I kept hearing a rattling noise. It was getting progressively worse and I was so worried about it, I drove a few miles out of my way to Kelly Chrysler Jeep to see if a technician could look at it. Mind you, it was 4:20 PM on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Dave met me at the door and asked if I was picking up a vehicle. I sheepishly said no, and explained my problem. He asked me to wait a minute while he checked to see if a technician could go along for a ride with me. Brian stepped up to the job and went to see if we could recreate the noise. My Jeep did not disappoint. Brian listened to my tale of woe and when we got back, checked the problem area. Sure enough, the calipers were not tight at all on the driver's side of my Jeep, and this had the potential of causing a very dangerous situation! Brian checked and tightened the offending equipment and I was on my way in no time. I was not charged one cent and both of these fine gentleman took the time to listen, act, and repair another garage's big mistake. Thank you Dave and Brian for making sure to check and correct the problem so I could safely go on my way!!! With service like that......you bet I will be back!!!!! More

They will get all of my future service and likely sell me a new Grand Cherokee when I want to trade this one in. More
