Rob was extremely helpful in assisting with my concerns that I had with my Grand Cherokee. They performed a multi-point inspection in addition to the concerns with the sunroof and vibrations in the wheel w that I had with my Grand Cherokee. As to be expected, I called James Hillegass, (my) Service Manager about my breaking down the night before going to the doctors. He told me to get it towed over there and he would take care of it.
