Kelly Cadillac - Service Center

Had an emergency with my cadillac many miles from home.pulled in to Kelly 7:00 P.M.Stressed out.Service dept closed.I first met Allen, Who was most courteous.He then referred me to Michelle,She wrote home.pulled in to Kelly 7:00 P.M.Stressed out.Service dept closed.I first met Allen, Who was most courteous.He then referred me to Michelle,She wrote up the service order,gave me service mgr.Graham's card,and saw to it that my wife and I got to our motel that night.Next morning spoke to Graham asked if any way possible to get my car fixed as I needed to be in Cape May N.J. that afternoon for a wedding. Car was repaired bad tire replaced at very reasonable price and we were on our way by 11:00 a.m. This is a dealer ship that obviously cares about people which reflects greatly on the owner and management.I would feel very good about making my next auto purchase here. I feel very comfortable taking my SRX in for service! I am always offered a car or transportation to the mall to go shopping. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FREINDLINESS OF THE STAFF IS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THEIR PRICING ON REPAIRS. THE QUOTES THAT I GET ARE USUALLY ABOUT DOUBLE OF WHAT IT COST ME AT A SMALLER SHOP. I USE THE DEALER FOR SERVICES BUT FOR ANY REPAIR I USE A SMALL 3-4 MECHANIC SHOP AND I NORMALLY SAVE OVER HALF THE PRICE. More

When I called to make an appt., the voice was very pleasant and knew the answers to my questions, as well as the cost estimate and how soon I could be booked in (the next day). When I arrived with my car, I was waarmly greeted and personally shown the waiting room. In a half hour the man came in to tell me it was a simple repair and it was all done, that the car was now in the wash line. When my car was returned to me it was very clean, even the wheel spokes which had been very dirty. They warmly waved goodbye to me. And the cost was $20 under the estimate! I had never been to Kelly before, but i am sold. More

I have been having my 2006 Cadillac DTS serviced at Kelly Cadillac Saab since it was new. They have always been courteous and helpful starting with their assistance to my son who purchased the car for us fro Cadillac Saab since it was new. They have always been courteous and helpful starting with their assistance to my son who purchased the car for us from Houston, TX. Recently I had a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system. Craig realized that there was and upgrade and offered to install it as a Good Will effort since I had just gone over the warranty mileage. Everyone, and especially Craig, make you feel like one of the family from the bagels and coffee in the waiting room to their warm greeting and concern for your time. And they are technically savvy. Although my warranty has run out, I will probably continue making the long drive to Kelly Cadillac Saab to continue to experience this superior service. More
