From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. Outstanding Service Doug was our service manager and provided us with a very efficient and professional experience for the warranty Recall work on our ATS. He provided my wife and me with a loaner vehicle( we live 30 miles from the dealership) and a very accurate time estimate for the repairs. Kelly Cadillac Team Exceeds our Expectations! We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle; our sales person, Uzma Shafqt made the entire experience very relaxing and pleasurable. Her ultimate goal We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle; our sales person, Uzma Shafqt made the entire experience very relaxing and pleasurable. Her ultimate goal was to understand our needs without the pressure of making a hasty decision. During our visit, she introduced us to Geoff Kelly and Allen Hartz, which made us "feel at home." When we were ready to close the deal, we had the opportunity to work with Glenn Davis, who was very knowledgeable and gave careful attention to detail regarding the transaction. Approximately eleven days past the dealer warranty date, we discovered there were some major issues with the vehicle; Scott Hansen, who was very understanding and accommodating, gave us the good news that Kelly Cadillac would cover the entire expense to make the repairs and that it would not cost a cent. He also loaned us a brand new Cadillac to drive while the repairs were being made. There are no words to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kelly Cadillac! More

Kelly Cadillac has been a breath of fresh air to me from past experiences. They want to exceed my expectations and do so on ever service and warranty work. You can Look forward to fruit and breakfast items through the week, coffee, and soda on the house. The waiting room is comfortable, and if your lucky even the owner will stop by just to say hi and thank you for your business. They wash my car for me every time. I was once unhappy about a trim piece after an install and they fixed it free of charge, great service, great people. I would recommend buying your next car here, that's why I felt it was worth leaving this review. More
