Mr Geoff Kelly, Ms Kelley Kelly, and salesman Steve Standridge all tr "qualified" yes. My only problem is with Alan Hartz, the General Sales Manager. Mr Geoff Kelly, Ms Kelley Kelly, and salesman Steve Standridge all treated me with the greatest respect and honesty during the purchase and delivery of the car. I have absolutely no problem with the dealership except what is noted below. I bought the car sight unseen - the car was brought in from another dealership after I was told that it was basically equipped the same as the car I was trading, in other words, the same "trim level". I was very explicit that the only features I did not specifically want were a "sunroof" and a "navigation system". I was very unhappy with the information given me by Alan Hartz. I had asked for a copy of the window sticker to compare features with those on my existing car but was only given a very basic description of the new car features and told that it was comparable to my current car. Upon delivery of the new car, it wasn't immediately apparent that some features I had expected were not included. They were features that weren't immediately noticeable, until you went to use the feature, unless you had done a "fine-tooth comb" inspection for every possible feature, such as: No coin holder No garage door operator control No rear seat heater controls No heated window washer I don't have a problem with what is in/on the car, just what is missing. I had the problem of not receiving a "Valet Key" with a new Cadillac vehicle. Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Mot new Cadillac vehicle. The ignition switch had to be replaced to work with the key but everything with the "Valet switch/key" system worked properly when they were finished. More

First of all I could honestly say that I would NEVER have bought a vehicle without actually seeing it, however Marc Gagliardi sales rep made it happen. Marc Gagliardi was by far the most helpful and professional person that I have ever done business with. Marc Gagliardi went beyond what my expectation during this whole process. Marc Gagliardi took the time to have Mr. Kelly go on video which was sent to me via email telling me about the amount of confidence they have in that Jeep. Marc Gagliardi also made two more videos which were sent to me via email. Upon receiving the videos and viewing same it really brought my buying confidence to a higher level. Needles to say the vehicle was delivered to me and everything that was described to me was so accurate. Thanks to Marc Gagliardi, Mr.Kelly and other staff members of Kelly Cadillac and Saab for their kind service and professionlism. That was by far the best buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
