I recently purchased a pre-owned Avalon from Marc. I purchased this vehicle through the internet. Through the entire process, Marc was proffessional, attentive and most importantly upfront with me. When I called to make an appt., the voice was very pleasant and knew the answers to my questions, as well as the cost estimate and how soon I could be booked in (the next day). When I arrived with my car, I was waarmly greeted and personally shown the waiting room. In a half hour the man came in to tell me it was a simple repair and it was all done, that the car was now in the wash line. When my car was returned to me it was very clean, even the wheel spokes which had been very dirty. They warmly waved goodbye to me. And the cost was $20 under the estimate! I had never been to Kelly before, but i am sold. More
