I called this dealership last Saturday because my Saturn Outlook broke down in Lancaster, which is over 50 miles from my house. Not only did he give us a car to drive, he gave us a 2012 CTS-Sweet! my husband and I fell in love with the Cadillac. When I spoke to Graham on Monday, we talked about what was wrong with my car and I expressed an interest in having a salesperson call me. This is where Julie Gardner came into the picture. I spoke with her Monday night, Tuesday we told her exactly what we wanted and they didn't have it on their lot. They located what we found and this is Thursday and I already have my new car! Our quest for the "perfect" Saab 9-5 ended when we dealt with Marc and the team at Kelly Saab. We were looking for a manual transmission 9-5, which are quite rare.
