We made arrangements to see the vehicle ( I am 2 hours away). Julie test drove the vehicle herself to make sure it was fine, discovered an issue, and asked me to delay my visit until they could make sure the vehicle was OK. The next day the issue was resolved, we looked at the car and bought it. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and helpful, especially Julie. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
