I called this dealership last Saturday because my Saturn Outlook broke down in Lancaster, which is over 50 miles from my house. When we arrived, we were informed that Enterprise Rent a Car was closed and we did't know what to do. Graham then said he would give us a car free of charge to drive while ours was being repaired. Not only did he give us a car to drive, he gave us a 2012 CTS-Sweet! my husband and I fell in love with the Cadillac. When I spoke to Graham on Monday, we talked about what was wrong with my car and I expressed an interest in having a salesperson call me. This is where Julie Gardner came into the picture. I spoke with her Monday night, Tuesday we told her exactly what we wanted and they didn't have it on their lot. They located what we found and this is Thursday and I already have my new car!
