Additionaly, I have always had my cars serviced at Kelly's - all Cadillacs and my one Saab.Over the years the service people have been wonderful The sales people I worked with were great, they were knowledgeable, explained in detail. They never pushed into any particular car or model.My sales man Howard Solodky made sure we met other workers in the dealership. The workers at every level starting the owners were very friendly and easy to converse. They have been well trainened. More

I WAS SURFING THE WEB LOOKING FOR CADILLAC CTS CARS. I FOUND TWO THAT CAUGHT MY EYE AT KELLEY'S. SO I EMAILED AND MR. KELLEY RETURNED MY EMAIL IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.(BY THE WAY IT WAS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY). FOUND TWO THAT CAUGHT MY EYE AT KELLEY'S. SO I EMAILED AND MR. I can not say enough good things about our experience at Kelly Cadillac. My wife and I purchased an XTS yesterday through Howard Solodky. He had been quite helpful in our communications via Email prior to s Kelly Cadillac. My wife and I purchased an XTS yesterday through Howard Solodky. He had been quite helpful in our communications via Email prior to stopping in for a visit. He made us a great offer on the new car and a fair offer on the trade in. He was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He took the time to answer all our questions and give us a thorough run through of all the features on the new car. Even though our transaction lasted into the evening hours, he stayed to make sure we were well equipped for the drive home. He did this despite the fact that he had an early flight to catch the next morning. More than that, the folks at Kelly make you feel special. We also enjoyed our time with Sarah, the business manager, She was also very well informed and was a pleasure to work with. Despite all the paperwork we had a good time together. We also were blown away by the fact that having purchased the simonizing package and because of the late hour and not having time enough for the service department to do it then; that they would drive out to pick up the new car, give us a loaner, and return our when finished. I had purchased 3 cars from Kelly Cadillac and I totalled my car in an accident. I wanted to replace my CTS with a used car so I would not have a payment. I was at the dealership for a repair on an 07 STS. While waiting, Michelle Russell worked up numbers on a new ATS that was exactly where I wanted to be so I left the old car there and took the new one home. waiting, Michelle Russell worked up numbers on a new ATS that was exactly where I wanted to be so I left the old car there and took the new one home. The dealership is clean and beautiful. Michelle gave me her complete attention. She brought me a car from Maryland which we both thought I'd like. It was a luxury model. They let me reject it in favor of a performance model that Geof Kelly found in Michigan and had shipped here. Sarah Denton made financing it completely easy. They were all so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience totally all good. They all worked hard to see that I was in the car I wanted to be in. Props to them all for making sure I was a happy man. Geof and Michelle gave me their complete attention as if I was their favorite customer. I loved the sales, people, and the car I'm driving. I know from experience that I'll get great service from Mike in service. They always get me right in, do the job right, wash my car and give me a car to drive while they service my car. Now it will just be scheduled maintenance and I look forward to knowing the dealership is so friendly to me and competent in servicing my cars. I couldn't be happier. I'm proud to be associated with Kelly Cadillac and can tell you they made this whole process easy and effective and achieved what I thought wasn't going to happen. I recommend this dealership for anyone seeking a new or used car. I can't imagine a better experience at another dealership. I just got home from picking up my new 2012 SRX and I could not be more satisfied. I drove from my home in the Washington metropolitan area 2 hours to Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to buy my could not be more satisfied. I drove from my home in the Washington metropolitan area 2 hours to Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to buy my SUV. I ended up at Kelly Cadillac because of the great experience I had dealing with Marc Gagliardi after being dissatisfied with each of the Cadillac salespersons and dealerships I contacted who were close to home. To me, the purchase of a car is significant transaction. A purchase of this magnitude warranted me doing my homework to be able to make informed choices and decisions. If a dealership cannot or will not help me during the selling process, why would I have any interest or confidence in their products or services after a sale? Marc returned most all of my emails and calls within the hour and without fail every inquiry was returned within 24 hrs. I felt Marc represented my interests to his dealership to help me get the best possible value on my SRX and trade. With Marc’s help, I was able to do all of my due diligence before I ever made the trip to Kelly Cadillac. When I finally made the trip to Kelly Cadillac I only needed to complete the paperwork consummating the transaction and to pay for and pickup our new SRX. Overall, my experience with Kelly Cadillac was outstanding. If my Cadillac product and Kelly Cadillac’s after the sale dealership performance is as good as my experience during the selection and buying process, I will be extraordinarily pleased. In the past I have met and tried to work with salespersons who unintentionally contribute to the poor image many car dealerships and salespersons often have. Kelly Cadillac was very different. What a pleasure it was to deal with their experts who know their business and their products and who seem to be highly motivated to deliver to their customers a professional buying experience and effective service during the selection and purchasing process.
