I was very disappointed to learn that I had to pay for a second key fob. I was not told by anyone that two key fobs were required for programming, at a cost of $214 each. I spoke to a manager who asked me who I spoke to and I told him Tim, in parts. The manager said I should’ve talked to service. My question is, how was I supposed to know that? Moving forward, I will never come back to Kelly Chevrolet for service because customer service is not #1. Shame on them for not delivering. It’s obviously not about service, it’s about money. My next communication will be to the CEO. More

Great service, tech showed video of my truck service. After the work was accomplished my bill was actually a lot lower than original estimate. My only complaint was unless I called it was either real late in the day or the next day late untill I heard from my service advisor. And that a 2021 Silverado bought from Kelley seems to spend more time in shop than on the road. At 55 years old and having had lots of trucks and cars in my days this one sure seems the worst. More
