My husband and I became pernament transplants to Fort Wayne area due to illness,. I chose your site because you were closer than GMC. I requested a car wash & was refused, My last service involved a t Wayne area due to illness,. I chose your site because you were closer than GMC. I requested a car wash & was refused, My last service involved a tire rotation and you agents forgot to check the pressures and they were low. It also took much longer than a simple oil change and tire rotation should have taken. I think your dealership doesn't understand the benefits of good Public Relations.. So far my experiences with your company won't convince me to buy a car from you. Your company needs to do better. More

I do like Tom Kelley's dealership in Ft. Wayne near Costco. The service team is professional, trustworthy, honest,& consumer conscious with advanced technical skills. It took several trips to dealership to get right part & wait for installation.Grant Harrissold vehicle to him.M concern now is ignition is malfunctioning. Tom Kelleyservice can't fix. What to do? Stay stranded? Would Tom Kelley's leave his child as is?Would a lifeguard leave a swimmer drowning?
