Was in a few weeks ago waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation i had a 7am first appointment, i was noticing a front wnd clunk noise and thought maybe during tire rotation or the inspection they and tire rotation i had a 7am first appointment, i was noticing a front wnd clunk noise and thought maybe during tire rotation or the inspection they would find something but nothing was said i was getting updates and said it was in inspection, so after i got home i looked underneath the front end and both stabilizer bar links were completely broken! I thought i could rely on the dealership to keep my truck in proper working condition but after this disappointing discovery my confidence is no longer with Kelley 120 dollars for oil change and rotation the broken links are in their face and were not found, i have worked in the auto service industry and this is an easy sale and a common occurrence that was sadly missed!
