I really have no idea what to say anymore. Our truck has been a four year nightmare. GM dealerships are blaming each other for the shortcomings in the repairs. We have no idea if the dealerships are responsible for the problems or GM poor quality of products. It’s been years of running us through the wringer with no answers. I can say Kelley Chevrolet did get us in a timely manner, but the repairs done under warranty reoccurred two weeks later. Again, it may be an issue with the quality of parts used by GM, and not the dealerships. Who knows as it’s been a game of pass the buck by GM and GM customer support. More
Kelley Chevrolet got me in on time and diagnosed the problem I might have and offered me a ride home they then found the problem fixed it as the part was in house. Called me all the way thru and kept me problem I might have and offered me a ride home they then found the problem fixed it as the part was in house. Called me all the way thru and kept me advised. Came and took me back to get my truck. Fair price. Very satisfied. More

The communication was very poor and the reason was that it took 5 days to get my truck fixed and all it was a thermostat problem and i lost three day of my vacation because my truck was not ready for me ,I it took 5 days to get my truck fixed and all it was a thermostat problem and i lost three day of my vacation because my truck was not ready for me ,I took it in on Thursday and didn't get it back until Monday evening. Okay Communication and friendliness is great. The shuttle service is so helpful when we both work full time.
