I really have no idea what to say anymore. Our truck has been a four year nightmare. GM dealerships are blaming each other for the shortcomings in the repairs. We have no idea if the dealerships are responsible for the problems or GM poor quality of products. It’s been years of running us through the wringer with no answers. I can say Kelley Chevrolet did get us in a timely manner, but the repairs done under warranty reoccurred two weeks later. Again, it may be an issue with the quality of parts used by GM, and not the dealerships. Who knows as it’s been a game of pass the buck by GM and GM customer support. More

Kelley Chevrolet got me in on time and diagnosed the problem I might have and offered me a ride home they then found the problem fixed it as the part was in house.
