Service department did not fix problems. Steve talks a Service department did not fix problems. They may start work days later. Did not fix ac Left oil level low on dip stick. Left company truck unlocked in parking lot twice. More

Just had my transmission worked on and just wanted to say the customer service i got there was amazing. Peter and Andy did an amazing job at making me feel appreciated for bringing my vehicle there. $1,600 service price tag & no fluids! After two trips for service and $1,600 for repairs the fluids they said they replaced are depleted in two days after picking up my truck. When calling to speak with the service advisor the lady told me I could only speak to scheduling, which after several attempts I only got an answering machine. I called to try and speak to a person and the lady answering the phone was in patient with me and would not allow me to explain what I needed. She insisted that I just leave a message. I buy new vehicles every 3/4 years and I am going to find a dealer with better customer service. I am not happy! More
