My Experience was EXCELLENT! First of all, my prior vehicle left me stranded on 7/4/2019 for the last time. I called and spoke with Jon on Friday 7/5/2019. I explained to Jon wh First of all, my prior vehicle left me stranded on 7/4/2019 for the last time. I called and spoke with Jon on Friday 7/5/2019. I explained to Jon what I was looking for and the pricing range that I desired to stay within. On Friday 7/5/2019 on the same date, that request was honored. However, I was not able to get to the dealership until Monday. Even then, Kelley Buick sent a courtesy ride to pick me up because I had no transportation. The drivers were very nice and gentlemen. Once I walked in to the dealership I was met by who I believe was Tyler Kelley and immediately ask if I desired something to drink while I wait. I waited less than 5 minutes for Jon. I arrived at the dealership at 4pm. Test drove my new 2015 Hyundai and was driving off with it before 6pm. Jon was Amazing and had everything ready. Adam the Finance Manager was Awesome in making sure I understood everything. He was efficient and very courteous. I will definitely recommend Kelley Buick GMC to all my Friends and Family. Lack of communication I was searching to purchase a used BMW M3. Through negotiations after a loan pre-approval was completed, I gave a counter offer and Manny never replie I was searching to purchase a used BMW M3. Through negotiations after a loan pre-approval was completed, I gave a counter offer and Manny never replied. The next morning Manny messaged me that the vehicle has already been sold. Even after my previous message was to get with management on my counter-offer to place a deposit over the p[hone so that my family and I could coordinate to travel to your location to finalize and pick up the vehicle. Myself working in the automotive industry for over 15 years and plenty of vehicles that I have purchased I have never felt so dismissed and disregarded in a vehicle purchasing experience like I was dealing with Kelly Buick GMC. Before purchase it was found that the moonroof was not functional and needed to be replaced ( i would've thought it would've had a full inspection before but I digress) we live a couple hours away so we agreed to bring the vehicle in for repair when they had a loaner to spare, though this process we delt with the Service center, Chad to be specific. Chad was not one for communication, had issues with the vehicle and was stranded at my local dealership dealing with his defective loaner vehicle and had to communicate through Manny who was more than happy to help and gave me reassurance the issue was being resolved with the rental ( also management was kind for making the situation work). Waited two week for the vehicle to be finished through this time I wasn't getting update or calls back I finally had to send him a lengthy message to get the day and time he predicted it would be done. Finally I get the word and we drove up there , Chad pulled the vehicle up to us and handed the keys over with the interior covered in grease ,on the head liner and through out the carpet, also missing a push in head liner tree and broken hanger screw covers (that are still missing), also the rear hatch wasn't working properly, luckily Jason on the detail crew cleaned it really well and got most of the grease out and they were able to recover the missing liner tree. We waited 2 hours for them to clean and fix the hatch. I'm really writing this detailed review because I had to send my truck into Ford because Chad still will not get back with me on the front headliner trim and to add insult to injury he text me on the importance of this review so here you go Chad. Quite frankly its turned my Kelly experience into a nightmare. More
