I bought a 24 vehicle and was told that I had 3 free oil changes I went for 2nd time to get a oil change and not one word was mentioned about me paying a week later I get a phone call and was asked who said changes I went for 2nd time to get a oil change and not one word was mentioned about me paying a week later I get a phone call and was asked who said I had free oil changes and I told him another week went by and I get another phone call then I went to Kelly's and the salesman who sold me the car denied saying I had 3 free oil changes so I went ahead and pd which I thought it was absolute xx I've been going to Kelly's forever and have never had this issue. Purchased my car there 12 years ago. The service Dept there is not good. I was having an electrical problem with my car. They hooked it up to a computer, said nothing showed up. Not long after my car died again. Once again they hooked it up to a computer, said nothing showed up. I suggested they remove the radio as it had also stopped working. I got the impression that they did not want to pursue anything of that nature. They did say a radio would cost about $700. I’m going to buy a new car soon and it won’t be from Kelley in Decatur. More

Service staff was friendly and helpful but when the regular service manager was not available, things git confusing. The A/C part I needed was not available, it was on backorder and was received 6 week regular service manager was not available, things git confusing. I was twice told a ‘loaner would be available until my car was repaired but the backup manager was unaware of it. The day my car was repaired (7.1 hrs) I was again to receive a loaner for the day, but none available. Backup staff could be better trained and carry thru with promises made. More

The service desk staff was nice. I had an appointment for a recall on the airbag on my GMC Acadia and when I arrived I was told they didn't have the correct part. A phone call woul I had an appointment for a recall on the airbag on my GMC Acadia and when I arrived I was told they didn't have the correct part. A phone call would have been nice. They had a black one but my interior is brown. But when the appointment was made, we were told they had the part. They were able to accommodate me on a different day and they took me to work and then delivered my vehicle to me at work when it was finished. More
